How Do You Install Choke Tubes In A Pardner Shotgun?

If you are lucky enough to own a Pardner shotgun with interchangeable choke tubes, you can change choke tubes to suit your varying hunting or shooting situations. Put in an improved cylinder choke tube for hunting quail one day and swap it out for a full choke tube to hunt geese the next. With just one tool and a minute or two of time, you can change choke tubes in a Pardner shotgun. Grasp your unloaded Pardner shotgun about three-fourths of the way up the barrel with one hand and place the butt of the gun firmly on the ground. Insert a choke tube wrench into the choke tube at the end of the barrel with the other hand, making sure the wrench engages the notches in the choke tube. Apply pressure to the wrench in a counterclockwise direction to loosen the threaded choke tube. Spin the tube counterclockwise until it is free of the barrel.
