How Do You Install Car Window-Washer LED Lights?
If you’re looking to add a little flair to your vehicle, or to enhance existing neon lighting accents, you may be interested in LED washer nozzles. These little accessories can be just the face lift your vehicle needs, provided you know how to install them properly. Remove any covers from the underside of your car’s hood using needle-nose pliers and a flathead screwdriver. Disconnect the windshield-washer fluid lines from the existing washer nozzles by gently twisting the rubber tubing with the pliers. Remove the existing washer nozzles by pressing on the small plastic tabs with a flathead screwdriver. Place the rubber gasket beneath the LED washer nozzle and feed the wires through the hole. Add a spacer pad, locking washer and nut onto the bottom of the LED washer nozzle and tighten the nozzle firmly onto the hood.
