How Do You Install Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Sound Card Hardware?
Sound Blaster X-Fi Extreme Audio is an audio card that extends the audio capacity for your computer. It is fitted with a bunch of features and requires a PCI Express 2.1 slot. Installing this sound card is particularly easy; however, it requires extreme diligence as not to disturb any other hardware within your computer. Unplug the computer and remove all cables. Place the computer on its side with the motherboard facing up. Use the Phillips screw driver to remove any screws keeping the case panel adhered to the case. Slide the case panel off to reveal the inner workings of the computer. Next connect the antistatic wrist strap to any part of the computer. Place the wrist strap on your wrist. This will prevent any static potential from destroying your computer hardware.
