You had to install the Global IME, ie_ko and few more things to be able to read Korean fonts. No. The Korean language pack won’t make your system goes all Korean. I’ve installed mine and it’s still in English. The only difference is that my PC can read and type Hangul characters. I don’t know how to explain details but this sites should help you with the downloads and steps to install it.
