as far as mounting the generator and fuel tank hire a welding service to mount everything unless you have the means to do it yourself , such steel for mounting brackets,welder, supplies.i built a similar unit you are talking about. i just fabbed up a steel box under the trailer to hold the generator and i got a used fuel tank from a totaled reefer trailer it came with all the straps and mounting hardware to install it the wireing you can run the 220 connection from the generator to a panel to split it off to 110 just make sure the panel you get is the same amperage as the output of the generator probly 40/60 amps and remeber you only have 7500 watts if you are going to have lots of stuff running at the same time i’d go with a bigger generator if you have air con in there it will use up half your wattage all by itself.
