To connect an auxiliary external device to the factory stereo in a 2004 Acura TSX, you have two options. First, you can connect and FM transmitter to the auxiliary jack of the factory stereo. This is a a less than ideal option due to the fact that you will have to continually switch radio stations to receive the content playing on your external device. A better solution is connecting an FM modulator which will connect an external device and use the same frequency, eliminating the hassle of switching stations. Connecting the FM modulator to the TSX stereo requires gaining access to the auxiliary input. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the Acura battery with the 10mm wrench.
