You must have a broadband connection to use an ethernet card; this includes DSL or a cable modem. The ethernet cable looks similar to a phone cord. However, the wire is thicker and the end piece is flatter, as well as wider. The cable connects into the broadband modem and then into your PC through the ethernet card. Gather your driver disk.
