Cut everything loose and get rid of this money monster at your local recycling yard. Now with a couple of 2x4s and some 2 1/2″ drywall screws build a base to attach your heater to. Attach tankless water heater to base using wood screws. Be sre to build so that heater is standing level to ground. Now go through house taking all aereators, shower heads, and washer hose loose.
