Adobe’s Flash Player 10 was released in 2009. The updated player operated wonderfully, except for its integration with Microsoft’s ActiveX software. The ActiveX software would misread Flash Player 10 and cause it not to play, resulting in an error message. In order to solve this problem, Adobe has released a new version of Flash Player 10, plus debuggers for the previously released version of Flash Player 10. Go to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center. Click on the link “Download Flash Player for 10 Update for Windows and Macintosh.” Select “Open” to start the installation of the updated Flash Player 10 software. Open the “Flash_Player_Update” folder. Click on the “Players” folder. Select the “Debug” folder. Double-click on the “Install Flash Player with ActiveX” executable file and it will install on your system.
