Install a wireless print server to give wireless network users access to the printer on your network. A wireless print server translates the signal from your printer to a wireless signal that is shared with members of your network. Including a wireless print server in your network will eliminate the need to purchase a printer with built-in wireless capabilities. Connect the printer USB cable into the available USB slot in the back of the wireless print server. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port in the back of the wireless print server. Connect the other end of the cable into an available slot on your wireless router.
