The Westell wireless router is a network device designed to deliver broadband services to a home or small-business environment. Westell routers feature a four port 10/100 BaseT Ethernet LAN switch, 802.11g wireless support and a built-in firewall. Once installed, you will be able to use your Westell wireless router network both wired and wireless computers and connect them to the Internet. The procedure for installing a Westell wireless router is straightforward. Follow the directions below. Connect your broadband coaxial cable to the corresponding connector on the rear of the router. Connect the power supply to your router. Plug the power supply into an available electrical outlet. Wait until the “Power” and “Coax WAN” LEDs are lit solid green before proceeding. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to one of the numbered ports on the back of your router. Connect the other end of the cable to an open Ethernet port on your computer. Examine the LED lights on the front of the router. Fi
