There is a tape on one of them, just cut through the tape. These are the holes you are going to use to mount the trailer hitch. Now get the mounting plate and bolts. Install the mounting plate and screws into the hole. Position the trailer hitch on the vehicle. Bolt down the trailer hitch. After that, torque down everything. There are some holes on the hitch that need to be bolted down. Drill holes in the panel of the vehicle where you will bolt down the hitch. Install the nuts and bolt them down.
