The Terminal Services Client is a small application that can be installed on a Windows computer that allows you to connect to another Windows computer through the Remote Desktop Connection (RDP) protocol. You must be using a genuine copy of Windows in order to install this client. Open a Web browser and navigate to the download page for the Terminal Services Client (see References). Click on the “Continue” button to perform a scan on your computer to confirm that your copy of Windows is legitimate. Click on the “Download” button once your operating system has been confirmed as legitimate and save the installation file to your Desktop or another location you will remember. Double-click on the installation file, click the “Next” button and then click the “Finish” button. The Terminal Services client is now installed on your computer.
