How Do You Install A Teac Home Theater Receiver?
A home theater receiver is at the heart of the audio of a home theater system. The receiver processes and amplifies the audio signal of the DVD, sending sending amplified signals out to the speakers and output to the powered subwoofer. Teac sells a number of home theater receivers which vary in some respects from model to model. However, basic installation principles govern how you hook up the receiver to the various components when it is installed. Connect your speaker wires. Your Teac home theater receiver will have five pair of speaker terminals on the back panel, for the center, left front, right front, left rear, and right rear speakers. Each pair of terminals will have one red and one black terminal. Each terminal operates by pushing down a tab that opens a hole in the terminal, in which the speaker wire is inserted.
