Do you want to install your newest version of Peachtree accounting but still have a need to keep your older version(s)? This how to will step you through installing a second instance of Peachtree on a computer where Peachtree is already installed. Close your current installed version of Peachtree accounting Insert Peachtree installation CD (Disk 1) Select “Install Peachtree Accounting” Select the Version of Peachtree to be installed When prompted to upgrade the existing version of Peachtree select “No” When prompted to, choose a different program path then the existing version of Peachtree to install the new version When prompted to, choose a different data then the existing version of Peachtree to store your company data Complete the installation of the new version of Peachtree Accounting Once the installation is completed > Reboot the computer Open your oldest version of Peachtree first Peachtree will recognize the newer version of the Pervasive database installed and prompt you aski
