How Do You Install A Power Steering Pump?
“Now we’re going to install the power steering pump and the power steering pump pulley and reservoir and the bracket for the alternator is the same piece. This comes with five bolts. You see they have lock tight on them already they come from the factory with red lock tight on them. He’s going to line it up and tighten those guys down. As it goes in, that lock tight will liquefy from the heat and set up and hold it in there real strong. You can see how easy it is to install these new brackets. It’s a lot easier than in the old days, when we used to scrounge them off of junk motors and try to get different accessories and brackets to work with different year motors; it’s a lot nicer to do it this way.
