To make your network more efficient, you can take other resources, such as the printer, and share them across the network as well. This is a simple process that can be easily completed after your DNS server and network has been set up. Connect your printer to your DNS server. Use whatever method and cables are needed according to the documentation for the printer. Locate the printer on your DNS server computer. Depending on your operating system and printer, the location may vary. You will be looking for printer resources or the printer section of your operating system’s control panel.
