How Do You Install A MOMO Steering Wheel On A Nissan 240SX?
A common upgrade for many car enthusiasts is replacing the steering wheel with a smaller aftermarket steering wheel like one from MOMO. A smaller-diameter, ergonomically designed wheel makes driving that much more enjoyable and can make the car easier to control during sporty driving. Keep in mind, however, that on a car like a Nissan 240SX, replacing the stock steering wheel with an aftermarket wheel will result in the removal of the air bag in the wheel and will also disable the cruise control. Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery and let the car sit for 15 to 30 minutes to disable the airbag. Remove the plastic cover on the left side of the steering wheel. Remove the cruise-control cover on the right side. Loosen and remove the Torx bolts from each side and then carefully remove the airbag. Make sure the wheel is pointed straight ahead. Remove the larger center bolt that holds the wheel to the hub with a socket and ratchet. Pull the wheel off and remove the wiring harness
