How Do You Install A Britax Boulevard Convertible Car Seat?
It is estimated that up to 80 percent of car seats are used incorrectly. For the safety of your child, it is imperative that you install your Britax Boulevard Convertible car seat properly. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when installing any car seat. Place the car seat in the vehicle in the forward-facing position at a LATCH (“Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children”) location in the rear seat. Loosen the lower LATCH straps and the upper tether strap. Plug the lower LATCH components into the LATCH hooks in your vehicle. Refer to your owner’s manual for help if you cannot find the LATCH hooks. Clip the tether strap to your vehicle’s tether hook. Again, if you cannot find the tether hook, refer to your car’s owner’s manual. Tighten the LATCH straps and the tether strap. The car seat should not move more than an inch in any direction.
