The process is simple enough for a layman to accomplish and requires few tools, as most of the necessary parts are included. The installation will go quicker if you have a helping hand, as moving the washer into place can be awkward because of its size and weight. The washing machine has four bolts on the back that are used for transportation. These must be removed before the washing machine is installed. It is important to loosen all of the bolts before actually removing any of them. Use a socket wrench equipped with a 1/2″ socket to loosen them, then remove the top bolts first, followed by the bottom bolts.
