That way, the user doesn’t have to click the Back button, perhaps multiple times, to return to your site: it stays open the entire time. These instructions use Dreamweaver 3. Start Dreamweaver and open the desired page. Open the Windows menu and choose Behaviors, or press the F8 button on your keyboard. This opens the Behavior Inspector. Select the text or objects the new window link will be added to. Click on the Plus sign and choose the Open Browser Window command from the Actions menu.
