How Do You Insert A Hyperlink In An Autoresponder?
Inserting a hyperlink into an autoresponder can be an excellent marketing tool. If there is a product or service you want to promote, set up an email autoresponder, with a hyperlink, and that hyperlink will go out to everyone who sends you an email. Email providers operate independently, and each has its own set of offerings. Sign into your email account, and go to your in-box. Look for a link titled “Options,” “Preferences” or something comparable, and click it. This will open an array of options. One of those options will be titled “Auto Reply,” “Vacation” or something comparable. Click that link, and a window will open in which you can type your autoresponder message. Typically, you will have the option to format your message in text or HTML. Choose “HTML.” Type your message. Position your cursor in your message where you want the hyperlink to be inserted, and click. Now look to the upper portion of your screen, and you should see the hyperlink icon.
