How do you increase the PH level in a swimming pool?
Easiest just to go to your local pool store and get some pH plus, which is a base. (A higher pH is more basic as opposed to acidic.) However, usually when the pH is low it is because the alkalinity is low. The alkalinity test shows the ability of the water to “buffer” the pH; the ability to maintain the pH. Adding alkalinity booster will also raise the pH. But have the water professionally tested first.
