How do you incorporate p90x plus in to the p90x program?
That all depends, what are your goals. Just like in P90x there are three “Programs” –> lean, classic and doubles. Unlike the P90x, P90x+ isn’t really meant to be a brand new series of workouts. I did the P90x+ classic for about a month and got bored of it because it was the same five workouts over and over. To fix this, I just got some new schedules that combines them so that the workouts never get old and so I can tailor them to my specific needs at the time.
