How Do You Improve Leg Strength With Squats?
“Hi, I’m Travis Corpening, and I’m here at Carolina Beach, about to teach you how to improve your leg strength, using squats. Now, we’re not going to use any weights doing these squats, but I want to show you, you can still increase your leg strength, even without weight. First what you want to do is, you want to put your feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees slightly, hold your arms out in front of you, and you want to bend with your back straight, and rise; you want to bend, and rise; bend, and rise. And as you do that, while you’re doing that, you should be able to feel it here in your quads, as well as in your glutes and your hamstring. Continuously do this, do it until, I’d say 10 reps up and down, after you do that, give yourself a little rest, and you may want to come back again and get another 10 reps. Do this 3 times a week, you’ll increase your leg strength in no time.
