How Do You Import Mozilla Firefox Bookmarks To Links?

0

Many people want the same set of bookmarks in all the browsers they use for cruising the Internet. To do this, you have a few choices: import the bookmarks from one program to another, or visit each site multiple times. Importing bookmarks is much less time-consuming, using Links. Open your Mozilla Firefox web browser. Then open the Bookmarks menu, and select Organize Bookmarks. Select the File menu on the Bookmarks Manager window, and choose Export. Save the file to your desktop, or another known directory, as bookmarks.html. Close Mozilla Firefox. Copy the file from your desktop by selecting it with your mouse and selecting the Copy command from the shortcut menu, or using your Linux command line. Navigate through the file manager to your Links directory. Paste the bookmarks.html file into this directory. You should now be able to start Links, and see the bookmarks you just copied over from Mozilla Firefox.
