Durabrand is a generic electronics label sold at a budget price at Wal-Mart stores. Home theater systems sold under the Durabrand label are designed with color-coded speaker cables and plugs to match the connection jacks, so setup is fast and simple. The 100-watt receiver component in the Durabrand STS 96 system includes a built-in DVD player–just connect a television for a complete home theater that’s ready to play in less than a half hour. Place the labeled speakers around the room, setting the front left and right speakers on each side of the TV and the center speaker either below or above the TV.
