Home run power is something that every coach is looking for. Here are a few pointers to help you do just that. Step 1 Start with an athletic and balanced position. If you get this part wrong all is lost. You cannot have too narrow of a stance nor too wide of a stance. Too narrow of a stance will take away your balance and too wide of a stance will hinder your ability to move with athleticism. You stance should be about shoulder width apart or slightly wider. You should be on the balls of your feet and not on your heels. Your knees should be slightly flexed. Your weight would be evenly distributed in your initial stance. Step 2 Get into the load position.
