The MySpace blog allows you to keep a journal of your daily life, post musings or share rants with your friends. While you can choose not to post to the blog, the section still appears on your main page. To clean up a part of your profile you don’t use, follow these steps to hide the blog on your MySpace profile. Log in to MySpace to begin editing your public profile (see Resources below). You can add custom CSS and HTML code to any section. Click “Edit Profile,” which allows you to make changes to various sections of your profile. Copy (“Ctrl + C”) code from a MySpace tool site such as “Pimp Web Page” (see Resources below). Look for code that is simple and does not replace the section with an advertisement for a third-party site. Paste (“Ctrl + V”) the generated code into your “About Me” section.
