For the swordtail fry, giving them a tank with good water quality. Since you have a ton of small fry, there’s a high chance that there’s uneaten food and a lot of poop from all the babies. Doing water changes and having good filtration(sponge filters don’t suck in the fry and a small one only costs a few dollars). Warmer temperatures increase their metabolism and will allow them to grow faster. Around 80 is good, or 82 if you really want them to grow faster. Keep in mind that warmer water = less oxygen, so you’ll need to make sure all of the fry have enough oxygen. As the fry grow bigger, you might need to get them their own tank. In addition to lower water quality(mentioned before), a smaller tank will give your fish less space to swim and can stress them out. For feeding, try to get some high quality food.
