How Do You Help Stretch Marks Fade?
Stretch marks are long, depressed lines in the skin that form when the skin is stretched too quickly or too far. Many women experience stretch marks during and after pregnancy, and both men and women sometimes get stretch marks when they gain or lose a large amount of weight. While skin is quite elastic, whenever it is stretched beyond its limits, it leaves resulting pigmented lines that fade with time, but never totally disappear. There are several methods to fade stretch marks; depending upon the your skin type, one method will work better for you than another, so try each one for a week and see which gives you the best results. Make your own oil to fade stretch marks by mixing 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup aloe vera gel, 12 vitamin E capsules (pierced and drained) and 6 vitamin A capsules (pierced and drained). Rub the oil into the skin each morning and evening. Keep the mixture in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Pierce a vitamin E capsule with a pin and squeeze the contents on
