Beauty routines don’t have to be long or complicated. If you’re in high school or college, your time may be crunched a little, so you may not even have time to get too complex with how you look. Good skin care is a good habit to start when you’re young, so here’s some tips on keeping it simple, morning and night. When you first wake up and walk all squint-eyed into the bathroom, splash your face with cold water. It will help you wake up a bit before jumping into the shower. Put some eyedrops in your eyes, especially if you wear contacts. In the shower, slap the shampoo onto the top of your head and lather it up. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to wash every inch of your hair. It will all get clean when you rinse it out. If you use a separate conditioner, add it to all of your hair (except the roots) and leave it in until you rinse. If you have curly or dry hair, leave some in when after you rinse.
