There are many different scents to choose from, and it keeps you from putting your head on the hard tub. Light a few scented candles, and turn off the lights. The lights tend to glare and keep you from relaxing completely. If you are a music person, play your favorite music. This will drowned out any other noise in your home. Now lie in your bath, and relax. Take a few deep breathes
