A homemade Christmas tree is a fun and easy activity to do with children or grandchildren. Make several of them to place around the house to add a festive atmosphere. Trace an outline of a Christmas tree on the poster board and cut it out using scissors. The size of the tree can be large or small, depending on your preference. Place the cut-out tree on the poster board and trace it, creating an identical tree. Cut the second tree out with scissors. Mark the center of the tree by drawing a vertical line down the center of the tree and place a mark in the middle of the line. Repeat on the second tree.
