Write a short ad to place in local newspapers. Use your computer to make fliers advertising your rooms for rent. Make a list of qualities in other women that appeal to you.Make a list of qualities you would like in your roommates. Interview…..interview…..interview………… check out personal references and check credit. Have each of them over individually and together for a visit to see how it will work.Maybe celebrate an occasion together. Decide who is in and who is out,Then have everyone sign rental agreements.
