Hanging a round mirror in your home can be functional as well as fashionable. The round, smooth shape of the mirror can help offset some of the boxier-shaped items included in your home’s décor, giving your walls a shapely look that you may find attractive. As with any mirror—no matter the shape—you have to hang your circular mirror in a safe, way or it may slip from the wall and possibly break. Pass an electric stud detector over the wall. Once you find a stud where you would like to hang your round mirror, lightly mark the location with a pencil. Determine the height at which you would like to hang the mirror. You want to ensure you can easily see the face of the mirror, but it is high enough on the wall that small children will not be able to reach it and tear it down.
