Our return policy was designed to insure that you receive proper credit in a timely manner. To insure accurate credit for our customers, all products returned require a return authorization by calling Customer Service at 800-348-5284. Returns must be made within 30 days from date of delivery, and items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Customers have 7 days to report discrepancies in quantity or in the condition of their order. Special orders such as stamps, sign engraving, furniture or items not available through standard distribution channels are subject to the return policies of the vendor from whom Quantis has purchased the product. Some items, therefore, may not be returnable or might be subject to a restocking charge. Defective items past the 30-day term may be subject to the MFS warranty.
