How do you handle resistance from people who aren’t comfortable with physical exercise or have disability challenges?
It’s not unusual for some people to show resistance to physical exercise or have physical challenges. Since our clients vary in age, gender and physical capabilities, we design every program to ensure that everyone can participate. Whenever possible we choose quiet, uncongested roads with terrain that is easy for beginners to handle. We also offer the option of tandem bicycles which may encourage some riders to buddy up.
