How Do You Handle A Bad Customer Service Experience?
Your waiter just spilled some soup on you. You ask politely for a napkin to clean it up and are met with a barrage of snotty comments, including how the shirt looks better now and how you were in the way. It’s the epitome of a bad customer service experience and it can be enough to ruin anyone’s day, but offering a customer complaint calmly can sometimes change the whole situation. Calm down. When you receive bad customer service you may react with anger. Anger will not solve the situation though so take a few breaths and calm down.
