Wheatgrass has a variety of benefits both for your health and for your home decor. Not only will wheatgrass add valuable vitamins to your diet, but it will also add beauty to tables as a centerpiece. The container for growing wheatgrass need not be fancy or expensive—it needs only a proper depth to support the plants. Keep the wheatgrass properly moist, and soon you will have a lovely wheat grass decoration. Fill the growing container with potting soil to approximately 1 inch from the top of the container. Spray the potting soil with water to moisten it. Work the soil through your hands to incorporate the water through the soil fully. Spread the wheat kernels evenly over the top of the potting soil, making sure that the kernels do not touch one another. Cover the seeds with approximately ΒΌ inch of potting soil.
