How do you grow pak choi?
Just cover Pak Choi seeds with 1/2 inch of dirt and keep the soil damp. Pak Choi grows about the same size as a stalk of celery you buy in the store, except it is leafy on the edges of the stalk. Pak Choi is a cold weather plant, so plant early spring and pick before the heat arrives, or it will go to seed. In zones 7 and higher, it can be seeded in the fall and will be ready for use in Feb. or Mar.I When it goes to seed, the flower / seed stalks will ger about 2 ft. tall.
