How Do You Grow Broccoli Sprouts In Water?

0

You can grow broccoli sprouts at home. The most common method is growing the sprouts in water. If you have no experience in growing broccoli sprouts, don’t worry; it’s simple and easy. Put the broccoli seeds in a bowl of water that is about 60 to 70 degrees for six to 12 hours, or 24 if possible. Empty seeds into the sprouter. Rinse the seeds with water that is between 60 to 70 degrees and drain them. Place the sprouter away from direct sunlight and at a room temperature of about 70 degrees. Rinse and drain the sprouter every eight to 12 hours. Do this for three days. Remove, on the third day, the hulls that float. Give the sprouts a final rinse on the fourth day and put them in an area where they can catch some sunlight to enhance their green color. Let the sprouts dry on the sixth day and refrigerate them.
