How Do You Grill Alaskan King Crab Legs?
Alaskan king crab legs are a delicious treat. When you purchase them at a restaurant they can be very expensive and they never seem to never give you enough. When you cook them at home, you can have as much as you like for only a fraction of the cost that restaurants charge. The problem I ran into when cooking Alaskan king crab legs at home was that I never had a pot big enough. The king crab legs I like are the size of my arm! Here is my solution on how to cook them if you do not have a pot big enough. Cover your grill rack with the heavy duty aluminum foil. Pre-heat your grill to medium high. Place your Alaskan king crab legs directly on the foil lined grill rack in a single layer. Close the grill and let them steam for about 5 minutes. After about 5 minutes you will need to turn them. I like to use an oven glove but tongs will work fine. Continue steaming in 5 minute intervals. Make sure to turn them often. Once they are heated through after about 20 minutes, it is time to cut them
