You can usually take up to six units each semester for little or no cost. Some colleges even offer release time to take classes during work time! Decide what college(s) you are interested in attending. It’s pointless to go to a college that will not benefit your career goals even if it is free. So, research and decide what colleges offer the major that you want. Contact their Human Resource department and ask if they offer education incentive programs for their employees. Specifically ask if all jobs receive education benefits, or only certain ones. Get details about how many units are covered and what fees you may be required to pay.
