How Do You Go Skiing In Elk Mountain, Pennsylvania?
With 27 trails and 6 chair lifts, Elk Mountain, Pennsylvania offers some of the most challenging skiing in the state. Established in 1959, Elk Mountain hosts many racing events for women and children while offering numerous other skiing programs for both children and adults. Geared toward the more advanced skier, Elk Mountain contains trails that are 45 percent black diamond level. The resort has a 1,000-foot vertical drop and a nearly 2,700-foot summit. It’s located in the Endless Mountains off exit 206 of I-81.
