Glazing a ham is a great way to impart flavor into your ham with little effort. You can do this simply using a propane torch. Propane torches are small, hand-held and easy to use. You can find them at most kitchen hardware stores or at specialty shops like Williams-Sonoma. Look for something that has a visible safety latch as well as one that will stay lit without you having to hold down the trigger when you are selecting your propane torch.
