The French manicure is pretty, smart, and elegant. It’s the sort of style you can wear any wear, and here’s one that will last long into the night. We girls have better things to do then our nails! (Like a surfer, maybe. I love summer!) To start, remove all other polishes from your nails, and then file them down to your desired length. Make sure all your nails are the same length, so that it’s easier to paint them later. Also, your nails should be a “squoval” shape, oval over the top, but with square corners. Using the end of your nail file, gently push back your cuticles until they are evenly gathered at the edges of your nails. Rub the cuticle cream onto them and your nail, especially the edges to ensure that there aren’t any pesky little points that could snag anything.
