If your feet have taken a beating lately, or if you just want to indulge yourself, try a spa pedicure. This procedure costs almost nothing! With the money you save by doing it yourself, you can buy some spectacular new sandals and show off your work! Wash feet with warm water and antibacterial soap. Suds up good, and take your time. This will get rid of any terrible odors! Dry with a towel. Remove any polish. Trim toenails. Take care not to cut them too short, or you will get ingrown nails, which hurt! The best shape is straight across, with SLIGHTLY rounded corners. File in one direction to smooth any rough edges. Fill a basin with warm water.
