Clean off the laminated wood floor by rubbing a soft rag over the area with the water spots. Thoroughly dry off the floor. Dip a clean rag into vinegar and work it into the flooring. Rub constantly in small circular motions. Dry up the vinegar with a clean, dry cloth. You need to make sure the floor is dry, otherwise you may increase the amount of water spots.
