If the videos are WMV files then you can simply drag and drop them. Download the video to the desktop, open the player’s storage device folder, then the video folder, then drag and drop the video from the desktop to the video folder. Then disconnect the player, allow it to create its library, open the video folder and watch your video. If the video you want to watch is a different format, then you’ll need to convert it to WMV. I’ve not done this for my player (the same model as yours) but I know there’s a program called Media Monkey that may be able to convert the files to WMV files. I’m not certain though, as I say, I’ve not tested it.
